SERVICES
Tom handles legal disputes in the following areas of law: personal injury, medical malpractice, landlord/tenant, commercial leasing, employment law, real property disputes, and probate disputes.
He handles arbitrations and mediations, both as a client advocate and a neutral arbitrator or mediator.
He handles all aspects of civil trial practice, including appeals.
Associations
Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and of the Worcester County Bar Association.
He handles civil cases through the WCBA Lawyers Referral Service.
Tom also volunteers his time as a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity – Metro West/Greater Worcester.
He is a conciliator for the Worcester District Court. |
