Tom is an experienced attorney located in Worcester, Massachusetts, who handles civil litigation in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  He strives to provide personal service and obtain timely and efficient results for his clients. Tom has practiced law since 1986.  He specializes in all aspects of civil trial practice before state and federal courts of Massachusetts, with an emphasis on personal injury law, commercial, employment, real estate and construction disputes, and landlord and tenant issues.  Tom is a hard-working attorney and a staunch advocate, who focuses on delivering successful results. Tom is A partner with fusaro, altomare and ermilio.
