BIOGRAPHYTom earned a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Holy Cross College in Worcester. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. While at Suffolk, Tom was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. In 1985 and 1986 he was a judicial clerk for the late Chief Judge Francis Boyle in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He has practiced as a civil trial attorney/litigator since 1986. He practiced for seventeen years at Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester, specializing in commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, employment litigation and residential and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. Tom joined the law firm of Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio, P.C. in 2003, as a Partner and Chair of the Litigation Department. He has continued to practice in the area of civil litigation and trial work. While at FA&E he has focused his practice on plaintiff personal injury work, handling auto accident cases, slip and fall cases and wrongful death matters. He lives in Worcester, with his wife Deborah. He has two sons, Stephen, who is a graduate of Assumption College, and Geoffrey, who is employed by Fallon Clinic. |
